Maintenance Department

In our belief in fulfilling all customer desires and ensuring their satisfaction, the company has provided two types of maintenance contracts: First: Maintenance contract not including spare parts: In this contract, the customer is contracted to maintain the elevator and repair faults, but the company is not responsible for the spare parts that need to be replaced due to malfunction or wear and tear. Second: Maintenance contract including spare parts: In this contract, the customer is contracted to maintain the elevator and repair faults, and the costs of all spare parts that are worn out or need to be replaced are included.

Installation Department

We have an integrated team of engineers and technicians specialized in installing electric elevators according to international and modern technical standards in terms of providing the necessary drawings and specifications to prepare everything necessary for installing elevators in projects that include safety and trust. This falls within the safety requirements and means of security in installation.

Modernization and development

If your elevator is worn out or needs upgrading, we have the perfect solution. We update the elevator according to its condition and replace the parts that need to be replaced, which often include the following parts: (control – electrical circuit – flexible cable – internal order boxes – external order boxes – traction ropes – parachute device – cabin rails – transport rails – external doors – internal door – cabin modification – adding accessories to the elevator according to the customer’s request.
